Program Manager
Nihal is the Program Manager at Falak Startups, she is working directly with startups, assessing their needs, identifying their gaps and challenges and link them with mentors, consultants and industry experts that help them accelerate their growth. In addition to organizing sessions and trainings and inviting entrepreneurs to come share their experience with our startups. Prior to joining Falak, Nihal was a Strategic Management Teacher Assistant at the German University in Cairo. Alongside her academic career, Nihal was a consultant on various projects in which she led market research and industry analysis to formulate business growth strategies. In addition to that, Nihal joined RiseUp as a project coordinator to work on the Startup Manifesto; a document encompassing information on all key stakeholders in the Egyptian startup ecosystem and detailing the challenges and actionable solutions. Nihal holds a BA with honors in Management and an MSc. specialized in Entrepreneurship & Strategic Management from the GUC. During her undergraduate studies, she majored in Strategic Management & Finance and she undertook a third major in Marketing during her MSc.
